在结束了紧张又刺激的期中考试周后，三天两晚的秋游活动让我们彻底放飞自我。

After a busy and exciting mid-term exam week, we free ourselves in the three days and two nights fall outing.

在11月22日的早上，我们顶着考试周的熊猫眼，乘大巴车前往了嘉兴梅花洲景区，开始了我们的领导力及团队合作之旅。吃完午餐后，我们教练带领我们进行了第一次分组破冰活动。

In the morning of November 22, we took a bus to the Meihuazhou in Jiaxing. After lunch, we started our first group activity.

 令人意外的是，我们在“辛苦”了大半天后，晚上的自助烧烤和篝火晚会才是这一天的重头戏。烧烤不仅锻炼了同学们的动手能力还增进了相互的感情。篝火晚会在数不清的荧光棒和大笑声中把气氛带到了顶点，变装秀更是让大家不禁捧腹。秋游第一天就这样在大家的欢声笑语中结束。

The evening barbecue dinner and Campfire was the highlight of the day. Barbecue diner not only let the students practice of their cooking skill, but also help students to better understand each other. In the end, costume show make everyone laugh loudly. The first day of fall outing end in the joy.

经过了一个晚上的休整，汇点学子们又参与到了第二天丰富多彩的活动当中。一早，同学们先是来到了大草坪上，为接下来的运动，做起了准备活动——“教练说”，这是一个测试同学们反应专注力的游戏，大家围成一个大圆圈，按要求完成教练口中的指令。游戏过程中，不时有犯错的同学，他们在游戏的最后，来到大圆圈的中央，给各位同学表演起或搞笑或有意思的节目。每个同学的脸上都洋溢着笑容，准备活动不但让同学们玩的开心，更把清晨浓浓困意一扫而空。

After a night's rest, the students started the second day’s colorful activities. Students first came to the lawn, preparing for the coming activities. The warm-up game is called "Coach Say". It is a game to test students' reaction and concentration. They form a big circle to complete the instructions from the coach. In the process of the game those who made mistakes came to the center of the big circle, delivered the show, each student's face was filled with a smile, it can be seen that each student in the preparation activities played quite happy, and also eliminate the thick sleepy in early morning. 

在这之后，教练接着带着大家玩起了团队合作游戏，让人记忆犹新的是一个关于尼龙绳的游戏。在这个游戏之中，大家围成一个大圈，每个同学都需要使劲握着绳子。教练分别邀请了一位女生同学和一位男生同学，在同学们拉紧的尼龙绳上“走独木桥”。这个在我们平时的生活中，是个看起来像几乎不可能完成的任务，但是这一次我们在教练的带领下成功完成了任务。即使同学压在绳子上的压力很大，可是只要每位同学都愿意拉紧绳子，那这份巨大的压力便会平均的分配到每一位同学手上。同学们从这一次的活动中，真切的体验到团结就是力量，共同的努力可以解决看似不可能的任务。游戏之后，同学们坐在草地上，笑着看着周围的同学，在秋日午后的微风里，友善而温暖。经过这次秋游，大家不仅收获了闺蜜和战友，更收获了团结的信仰。

After this, the coach also took everyone to play a team building game, let people remember is a game about nylon rope. In this game, each student is required to hold the rope. Finally, the coach invited a female student and a male student to walk on the nylon rope held by the students. This seems like an impossible task in our daily life, but this time we successfully completed the task under the guidance of our coach. Even if the pressure on the rope is great, if everyone is willing to put the most effort, the pressure will be reduced. Students from this activity, experience a unity is strength. After the game, each student sat on the grass, smiling at the nearby students, full of kindness and kindness, I believe that this activity has consolidated the unity and friendship between the students. 

在享用完午餐之后，汇点学子们便踏上了梅花街的探索之旅，在同学们游玩观赏梅花街的同时，更有教练布置的定向任务等待着大家去完成。任务的公布使得这一次的游玩之旅变得更加有趣，每个队伍之间充满着竞争，同时也存在着互相帮助，使人倍感温馨。秋游团建的第二天，虽然队伍之间充满着竞争关系，但同学们之间的友情也在逐步加深。

After enjoying the lunch, the students departure to explore the trip of plum flower street. While the students were enjoying plum flower street, there were more directional tasks assigned by the coach waiting for them to complete. The announcement of the mission made the trip even more interesting. There was a lot of competition among the teams, and there was also a lot of mutual help, which made people feel very warm. On the second day of spring outing group construction, although there was a competitive relationship between the teams, at the same time, the friendship between the students was also gradually deepened. This spring outing group construction activity achieved very good results.

第三天，我们告别梅花洲景区，驱车30分钟来到了位于嘉兴古城区南端的南湖——党的发源地。我们跟随导游，依次乘船游览了烟雨楼、南湖红船和壕股塔等著名景点。导游讲解的过程中，我们领略了烟雨楼几经搬迁改造的悠久历史；红船上照亮近代革命事业的星星之火；壕股塔一览众山小的渺远壮阔。在享用完一顿丰盛的中餐后，驾车一路向东，回到了闵行汇点。

On the third day, we bid farewell to the Meihuazhou and drove 30 minutes to the South Lake - the birthplace of the Communist Party at the southern end of Jiaxing.  We followed the guide and took a boat tour of the places of interest such as the Yanyu Building, the South Lake Red Boat and the Haogu Tower.  In the tour guide's explanation, we have experienced the long history of the relocation and reconstruction of the Yanyu Building; the beginning of revolutionary cause of modern times in the Red Boat; all views of South Lake in the Haogu Tower. After having a delicious lunch, we went all the way to the east and returned to Minhang CrossPoint.
